Fred Flores - CPA

Fred acquired his Master of Professional Accounting Degree with a concentration in taxation from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has over 20 years of accounting experience, including tenures as a tax specialist with KPMG Peat Marwick, tax accountant with Caneiro, Chumney & Co., internal auditor with Frost National Bank and industry experience with KCI.

He has owned and operated his accounting and tax practice since 1997. In 2001 he acquired his real estate license and broker’s license in 2004, successfully combining both businesses in 2001.

Providing both financial and real estate services gives the company the unique opportunity to advise clients on ways to maximize their real estate investments and align those investments with their financial goals. This allows the company to offer a wider range of services.

Michele Rowe - Senior Manager

Michele Rowe is a dedicated accounting professional with over 30 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting with 20+ years of tax. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, specializing in management, from Texas Lutheran University in 2002. Michele began her career part-time in 1998 and transitioned to a full-time role in 2003. In August 2006, she obtained her real estate license, further expanding her expertise.

Michele provides a wide range of services, including administrative and human resource support, preparation and review of tax returns, and all aspects of client bookkeeping, payroll management, and real estate.

With her extensive background and dedication to client success, Michele has played a pivotal role in the success of the organization.

Katelynn Espino - CPA

Katelynn joined the firm in October 2017. She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and graduated with her Masters of Accountancy with a focus in taxation in 2020. In 2023, she received her CPA license. Katelynn performs multiple services including, preparing and reviewing state and federal tax returns for businesses and individuals, bookkeeping, payroll, and monthly and quarterly reports. Katelynn's desire is to see the needs of the client and understand their financial situations is of utmost importance to her. Her people skills and personality are an asset in this firm.

Ariana Garza - Accountant

Ariana is a Senior Accountant at our firm. With a Master’s Degree in Accounting, Ariana is well-equipped to manage complex financial matters with precision and professionalism.

Having joined our firm in 2020, Ariana has become an integral part of our team, offering a wide range of services to our clients. Ariana specializes in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and preparing both business and individual tax returns, including state returns. Ariana is committed to providing comprehensive accounting solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
